Mango mint slushy

A refreshing summer drink ! A must try! Only 3 ingredients with no added sugar 😃Â

Why is this slushy healthy?
This recipe contains only fresh mangoes, ice and mint leaves and tastes far better than any slushy that you buy from outside, which also contain a crazy amount of sugar and lots of added color and artificial flavors. Feel free to use any fruit of your choice, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, watermelon , the options are endless!
Ingredients: (3 glasses)
2 fresh mangoes (chopped)Â
Lots of ice
3-4 fresh mint leaves
Method:
Chop some the mangoes and add into your blenderÂ
Add in the mint leavesÂ
Add in some ice cubesÂ
Blend
Gradually add in the rest of ice until you get the desired slushed consistency!Â
If incase your mangoes are not sweet add a tbsp or 2 of honey!Â
Serve immediately and enjoy!!! 😃
