Mango mint slushy

A refreshing summer drink ! A must try! Only 3 ingredients with no added sugar 😃 




Why is this slushy healthy?

This recipe contains only fresh mangoes, ice and mint leaves and tastes far better than any slushy that you buy from outside, which also contain a crazy amount of sugar and lots of added color and artificial flavors. Feel free to use any fruit of your choice, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, pineapple, watermelon , the options are endless!


Ingredients: (3 glasses)

2 fresh mangoes (chopped) 

Lots of ice

3-4 fresh mint leaves


Method:

  • Chop some the mangoes and add into your blender 

  • Add in the mint leaves 

  • Add in some ice cubes 

  • Blend

  • Gradually add in the rest of ice until you get the desired slushed consistency! 

  • If incase your mangoes are not sweet add a tbsp or 2 of honey! 

Serve immediately and enjoy!!! 😃
