Rasmalai chocolate bark

This is one of the quickest and a completely all natural dessert recipe and definitely worth a try!





Ingredients:

115 gms of white chocolate

1/4th tsp of turmeric powder

1 pod of cardamom crushed or 1/8th tsp cardamom powder

7 crushed almonds

5 strands of saffron cut into smaller strands

Do not skip the saffron, it plays a crucial role in elevating the flavour!



Method:

Melt the white chocolate either with the double boiler method or by microwaving it, I used the microwave.


Add the turmeric and cut saffron strands and mix well till you get a delicate light yellow color.


Add in the cardamom and mix well and set this aside for 5 mins to let all the flavours infuse.


Pour the chocolate on a piece of parchment and spread an even layer. Make sure the layer isn't too thin.


Refrigerate for 20-30 mins. Once the chocolate is set, chop rough pieces and serve immediately!
