Sizzling brownie with ice cream and chocolate sauce

When it comes to brownie, ice cream and chocolate sauce, you really can't go wrong. Here is a divine, simple, quick and sizzling dessert recipe that will awe everyone with its amazing presentation and taste!😇😃




The combination of a hot brownie with cold ice cream is forever loved and one of the best combinations. In this recipe the brownie is a simple oreo brownie and is just as amazing and delicious as any restaurant's sizzling brownie. And the best part is that you don't need a sizzler to make this heavenly dessert! Read on for the entire recipe 😀


Ingredients:   200 g oreo biscuits 1 tbsp melted butter 1 tsp baking powder 4 tbsp powdered sugar 3/4 cup milk 5 chopped walnuts(optional) 2 scoops of vanilla icecream Chocolate sauce (any brand, I'm using hershey's!)

Method: Finely crush 200 gm oreo biscuits with cream, transfer to a bowl, add 4 tbsp sifted powdered sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and mix. Then add 1 tbsp melted butter and 3/4 cup milk add your chopped walnuts. Give this all a good mix. Grease a mold and add the brownie batter to it, then bake this at 180 degree Celsius for 15-20 mins or until a skewer or toothpick comes out clean. The brownie is ready! Assemble: Heat a flat pan/tawa on medium flame for 2-3 mins continuously. Then take off heat and immediately put a big slice of brownie in the middle of the pan, then keep 2 scoops of ice cream ready and place them on top of the brownie, finally drizzle a generous amount of chocolate sauce.  Serve immediately!
